Why should we stop capital punishment?

Capital punishment is forbidden in Ukraine. It was abolished in the beginning of Ukrainian Independence. Is it right? This question contains a lot of pitfalls which must be avoided.

In some countries murder, embezzlement, money loundering, drug-trafficking, harassment,smuggling, perjury etc. are punished with death penalty, for example in China or different muslime countries. Do these organized and not organized crimes deserve to get the highest measure of punishment? Do tyey deserve such a severe retribution? But it is the infringement of human's statutory right for life! As far as I am cocerned, only serial murderers must be executed.  But what if prisons are replete, there is no place to lock criminals up because there are too many inmates in jails, what then? Do you know that confinement inmates in cells is very expensive and cost our tacks, especially when they are convicted for life sentence, it's cheaper to kill them. Not everything is so clear in this question, we must take into account every detail and punish only the most severe offenders.

Why do criminals commit another offence after being punished?

This problem is of utmost importance especially in our country. Offenders can't turn over a new leaf  because after being released from a prison they can't find a job, because any employer resists hiring a person who was in a jail. Ex-inmates don't have any possibility to participate in rehabilitation programmes, they are not accustomed to the life out of cell, they can't overcome this infringment of their rights.

Of course, reoffenders commit their crimes because of crisis which they bear being at large. Shoplifting, burglary, smuggling, arson are the most common ways to be charged with and return to a prison where you would have a roof above your head, where you would be fed and employed. They do not lodge an appeal, they do not want the verdict to be overturned, they do not want the conviction to be quashed, the only agreeable decision is to be convicted. As far as I am concerned, in this unpleasant situation the main role must be played by our authorities, which have to take care after this deprived people.

My Mother

As the task is to describe a person, I chose a person who I really can show off. It's (MM) my mother Tatiana.

Speaking about her appearence the first thing I would like to begin with is her long straight hair. She's brunette and maybe because of it she's so sensible. My mom is chubby, always gorgeous and good-looking. She's always smart and well-dressed, wearing flattering clothes makes her elegant and dignified.
My mother is very popular in any company because she's easy-going and sociable, she gained respect of others because she is reliable, sincere and trustworthy in every situation. But I personally admire her integrity, middle-of-the-road and down-to-earth opinion.

Mom is shrewd and knows directly what do others feel. She keeps being realistic in every situation. As conclusion I want to say that my mom has a heart of gold, because she bears such an unpleasant character as mine.
