Dear Mr Ivanov,

    

I am writing with regard to your request to find two appropriate candidates for a job out of six. Having accomplished this aim successfully I wish to explain you my choice.

    First of all, it seems to be right to describe two favorites who stroke me as really intelligent and ambitious people. Mr Sobov, for instance, is sufficiently determined and self-assured person knowing what he wants and knowing how to achieve his goals. He looks as a broad-minded liberal man with the modern outlook.

    Mr Sobov can make a great team together with Ms Gnatkevich supplementing her traits. She is an even-tempered perfectionist; she always tries to do her best. I guess, she was top of the class in the childhood and transferred this status to the adult life. So working with Ms Gnatkevich, quick off the mark assertive lady, our company will go from strength to strength.

    Unfortunately, I should give the characteristics of four other candidates as well who came to light as inappropriate awkward people, but nowise do I want to deceive you. Initially, I was sceptical about Mr Kravchuk because of his bizarre and childish manners. He changed his behaviour during the interview at least three times being then a cold fish, then a friendly and chatty schoolboy, then aggressive growling as a dog. It was so odd that even scared me!

     Less peculiar candidate was Mr Gnapovskii who impressed me with his naive look. He was so frightened that his voice trembled and shaking hands were crossed on the chest. I was touched and felt sorry for refusing him unlike Ms Petrova, pretentious and conceited young lady. She left a negative impression on me behaving in a ruthless and pushy way, talking too loud and trying to attract attention of the staff.

     The last candidate was Mr Shuhov. This man looked very diffident and perplexed, was unable to understand my questions and answer the simplest ones. Moreover he left his resume at home and in this manner showed a conclusive proof that he is irresponsible and awkward.

     Summing up, I wish to say that two new employees are really good at their fields and they will show exceptional results in the future, and there is no need to regret about four unfortunate ones.
